Members and any individuals or organisations who visit our website or get in touch with us by any other means should have absolute confidence in our ability to protect personal privacy.

This information is collected to ensure that we can process memberships correctly, provide receipts, send information about The Gallery and the National Trust of Australia (NSW) and get in touch with our members from time to time about subjects of interest to them - typically through our e-news service.

Who owns the information

We are the sole owners of information relating to Membership and/or other information collected on this site or by any other means. The information is never shared or sold to third parties without your express authorisation. Occasionally, we may use external suppliers to assist with mailing information to you. These suppliers are required to sign an agreement to keep your personal information confidential.

The Gallery distributes electronic information to the e-mail addresses of people who have supplied their address to the Gallery and have indicated they wish to receive Gallery information. When you visit this website, our Internet Service Provider automatically records the originating IP details and domain name.
